Graphic Design Portfolio tips

Are you a Graphic Designer or own a Graphic Design business? Every Graphic design firm or individual should have a portfolio. To explore the work, making an attractive portfolio is necessary. The more attractive portfolio can lead you to more success. The firm should prepare an eye catchy portfolio.

Three kinds of portfolios people generally create.
DVD, Online and Printed.
Whatever is your selection out of above, some key points should always keep in mind.

Introduction is everything:
Design introduction in a tremendous way. The one going to hire you will definitely require information about you. Always write first a little about yourself then about the services you provide.  Adding your resume as an introduction is also a choice to prepare the introduction document in portfolio. Choose an attractive and easily watchable background. You can even add your photo in this section. This is a way to build trust.
Work:
Remember! Add your most excellent work (you have done ever) in your work. Your design would have a language to speak with the client. So be sure that you are able to attract your client through design.

Working Tactics:
Tell everyone your strategy of working. This can help your client to build trust upon you. Never explore secrets. Tell your clients only that how they will be able to get best services from you.

Contact info:
This is the most important part of your portfolio. You have made an excellent portfolio, but not given your contact information. The portfolio will be totally inadequate. So always provide exact contact information.

Feedback Section:
A graphic designer should add Feedback section to his portfolio. Adding feedback from client can encourage you.

By adding these things to your portfolio in an attractive way, you would be able to get more work.
